About Solar Guild

Tucson's Solar Guild and Citizens for Solar are two educational-based non-profit groups working together in Tucson, Arizona on community-based projects. The Solar Guild concentrates its efforts on solar power outreach and education with hands-on experience in photovoltaic installation projects.

Citizens for Solar organizes the Solar Potlucks and solar cooking demonstrations held in town. They have worked with the local Girl Scouts of Southern AZ, Goodwill GoodFutures, Biosphere 2 and dozens of high schools in the Tucson area.

The Solar Guild has demonstrated solar power systems at many local events such as Earth Day and Cyclovia, and we're always looking for volunteers to help spread the world of clean energy for all. They provide equipment donations and recycling as well.

Tucson's Solar Guild and Citizens for Solar offer a great opportunity for residents interested in learning more about solar energy either by volunteering or attending their educational events.
